Summary: Check in was smooth. Friendly staff but there was a language barrier, don't speak English. Room and amenities were very good. Location excellent if you have work with embassies.

Summary: Chose the hotel for location near embassies, but the stay was better than the review score suggested! On first glance the decor was a bit tired, but this belied some important aspects - it was warm and had good heating, the shower had good pressure and the bed was one of the comfiest I can remember sleeping in a long while. Staff didn't speak much English but were accommodating and kind.
